Q. What do we do different than our competitors?
A. Our agents do not charge a listing commission when you sell you current home. The most you pay is a buyer’s agent commission of 3.0%-3.5% commission, depending on local market conditions. Your Sell4Free® agent takes no commission. As long as we represent you on the purchase of your next home within sixty days after closing of your current home.


Q. How does Sell4Free® Real Estate make money?
A. Sell4Free® makes money when you buy your next home through your Sell4Free® agent within 60 days after closing on your current home. The seller of the home, through their real estate broker pays your Sell4Free® agent. If you build, the builder pays the Sell4Free® agent.


Q. Can I buy any home listed in the Multiple Listing Service?
A. Yes. You can buy any home listed by any real estate company in the multiple listing service. We will work with you to show every available property regardless of what company has listed the property.


Q. Can I build a new home?
A. Yes. We partner with many major builders in your area. You need to disclose to builders that your are working with Sell4Free® Real Estate. It is very important that your Sell4Free® agent be included in the sale of your new home.


Q. What if I am not buying another home?
A. If you are not purchasing another home, commission is determined by agreement between the client and the local franchised Sell4Free® office.


Q. What if I have no home to sell but want to buy a home?
A. Our services as your exclusive buyers agent cost you nothing. Sell4Free® can help you write your purchase agrrement on any residential property regardless of what company has the home listed.


Q. Will my home be listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)?
A. Yes. All Sell4Free® Real Estate agents are members of the Local Board of Realtors® and subscribe to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).


Q. Can I search for my next house while my current home is being marketed by Sell4Free® Real Estate?
A. Yes. Our website at Sell4Free.com® allows you to search thousands of listings in your area on Realtor.com® and new homes on Homebuilder.com®.


Q. Can other Realtors® show Sell4Free® properties?
A. Yes. All Sell4Free® Real Estate properties are listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and are available for all Realtors® to show.


Q. How are most homes sold?
A. Statistics show “For Sale” signs in the front yard, coupled with the multiple listing service (MLS) have the greatest impact on the sale of your home. Price, Terms, and Condition of your propert determine market value.
